If I was to choose a sentence to describe the services that Thea has provided for us it would be: Realtor with a heart.
I started the process of trying to find a home for my youngest daughter about 4 months ago when she applied late for housing at her current University and was rejected thus placed in a waiting list. I visited many websites and made a great number of inquiries to different realtors. Some answered my questions, some sent me to their webpages, but none took the time to find out about my unique needs with the exception of Thea. Thea took Jess - youngest daughter - on many house hunting trips on her own vehicle and even bought lunch for her and her friend after finding out that they have not eaten lunch a couple of times. Thea also met with my oldest daughter and son in law on many occasions, and thus became a familiar figure for our family.Thea is not only a great person but a true professional who cares deeply about her clients and protect their interests at all times.
I am happy to say that Thea is now an honorary family member of the Sletmoens, Weavers and Martinez' as well.

I recently was looking for a lease house. I need an immediate move in date. I called Rosanna of a house listing off the Internet. She got the criteria I was looking for and set it up to email me every time something came in that fit what I was looking for. When I was ready to look she drove from Keller all the way to Crowley to go look at the houses. Not once but twice. When the house I wanted fell through she stayed on top of it and when the other candidate backed out on the lease home - she contacted them and was able to get me in my house. I recently went through my first home purchase and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I have bought and sold many houses in my career while working for the Military and then the Department of Defense. Cindie Stewart and the Texas Sold Team Realty have been by far the best Realtors that I have ever used...period...bar none.
Talk is cheap, but let me give you a couple of examples. After being in a house for just over a year (in a subdivision where they were building the same floor plan) she sold my house for MORE than I paid for it and in record time. It was only on the market for just over a week. I was impressed to say the least...but the best is yet to come! Can you imagine selling a house in 2008 (that I had lived in for just over two years) for a big profit? That's right, I lived in the house for 2.5 years and she sold it, leaving me with enough money to make a down payment on another house. Honestly, I was prepared to break even because I was transferring and thought I had no choice. She kept us calm and worked everything out for us. I even kept mineral rights!!
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't sell your house in this economy, you can. You just have to hire the right Realtor to do it. You can look and compare all you want, but actions speak louder than words and experience counts. I am a highly satisfied client and highly recommend Cindie Stewart and the Texas Sold Team Realty.
