Tenants may contact us directly via email or telephone;
Once we receive the request we will contact the tenants for any needed clarification to determine exact nature of the problem before we send a technician;
Most repairs can be handled in 1-3 days, except in an emergency situation where we will try and get someone out within 24 to 48 hours i.e. air condition, heat, etc.);
We have a list of vendors that we use that are reliable and honest and usually charge between $45.00 to $75.00 per hour depending upon the job at hand (this does not include materials required for the job); except holidays
Our technicians will provide estimates prior to any work being approved
